A Thoughtful Approach to Wellbeing
Hi, I’m Emma Walsh.
At 40, my journey through breast cancer became a turning point—an invitation to pause, turn inward, and care for myself in a more meaningful, holistic way. Through that experience, I discovered the profound power of mindfulness, presence, and sound in healing and restoration.
Today, I facilitate mindful wellbeing programs across education settings, aged care, and community spaces—creating environments where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
As a mother of two, my understanding of emotional wellbeing is both lived and learned. This dual perspective brings a grounded, nurturing quality to every session I offer.
I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and am a Certified Sound and Reiki Practitioner. My work is guided by a holistic approach to wellness and the restorative power of sound.
Above all, I am passionate about creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and remember the strength that already lives within them.
